Students may not use the World Campus for non-educational purposes, personal agendas, inappropriate communications, bullying, harassment, illegal behavior, illegal substances, gambling or gaming, hacking, or altering software, design, content, or security.

Any holder of a consumer credit contract related to enrollment is subject to all claims and defenses which the student could assert against the institution. Recovery under this provision shall not exceed amounts paid by or on behalf of the student.
